I have recently been searching for reasons why our Speed Sign was removed by the County, what we can do about getting the sign back up and "What does the County consider (ROW) Right of Way" which they control. I have uploaded the Pierce County Official Sketch that I located on the Pierce County Government website (https://www.piercecountywa.gov/969/Parcel-Property-Information) which you might find useful for many other homeowner issues.
On the EGHA website if you select the drop down menu "EGHA PROJECTS" and click on the sub menu "Traffic Safety/Speed Sign" you will be able to review the Right of Way Sketch! I have also made it an attachment to this note!
I will add it to our Documents under Miscellaneous should you need to reference it in the future!
